1:30:21 Great Salt Lake 1/2 Marathon 2005. 3:22:34 Pocatello Marathon 2005. I was 1st place in my age group.
Short-Term Running Goals:
50K ultra. Break 20 minute 5K. Qualify for Boston Marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Break 3 hour marathon. Possibily a 50 mile mountain ultra or even a 100 mile ultra.

Ran on the treadmill. Did intervalls of 8:30 min/miles for 1/4 mile then did steep elevation (15-30%) with walking fast and some running for a 1/4 mile.
